Interesting statement - but I have large, well padded hands naturally, and any gel or padding at all in the glove gives me great pain because of the pressure on my hands of the unneeded extra padding. I have difficulty finding gloves without gel, nowadays.

The only glove that ever fit well (made by Specialized - "crossroads" I believe) is now out of production in favor of a glove with more gel. I am down to just a few pair of the gloves I can wear, and am not quite sure what I will wear when I wear these out.

As my hands are large, even the XL binds when my hands swell from heat, etc., while biking, and I tend to tear holes in the fingers when I attempt to pull them off, which is why I go through so many sets of gloves!
