I'm from Tampa for the first 31 years of my life... Summer is miserable, I'll take winter in Ohio over it any day. Don't miss it for a minute! Well... except my family, of course.
Apparently cycling is contagious. My sister (in Tampa) has taken it up on an old steel road bike she found and fixed up! ha!
