Are you sure it is an 80s and not a 70s frame? The only protrussion that was not drewed on this was the rear brake guide bridge, which suggests Centerpull brakes. The lugs (look like Bocama, could be something else) suggest a mid/high level bike. Centerpulls and mid/high level = 70s. What are the dropouts? and is it english threaded?
