I saw 2 kids riding bikes without tires the other day, and they were nice looking bikes too. I thought they were just joking around, and I am hoping they are, however they were decked out in womens jeans with a u-lock in the back pocket with their chrome bags. If they were serious...dang, can't say that without getting banned probably. The only bad thing about Chicago that I can't stand is the hipsters.
