The problem with excessive gel is that it spreads the problem of squishing the flesh over nerves and blood supply.
Thanks for the suggestion. I still have a few pair of the Specialized Crossroads, but once I get through them I will definitely look at kayaking gloves. We have a fair amount of kayaking around here, so I should be able to try on and purchase some.
