I have to agree with that. My eggbeaters are only five years old and have never given me a single problem in spite of the fact that I've never even thought of greasing or rebuilding them like recommended. What pieces of junk. Not to mention the Candies on my CX bike for the past three years that, again, just simply continue to work. Trash, I tell ya!
