Possible to restore - sure.
Worth it - that's harder to answer. Worth doing a full restoration - no way, unless you have some emotional attachment to this very model. But assuming all it takes to get it running is a new chain and some serious lube, then that could give you a useful beater bike for a fairly low cost.
