Benjamin@yahoo.com was taken. I tried lots of stuff. I use the same name all the time so I don't forget. Technically I'm Captain Ben now but I'm not gonna go changing all my stuff.
The avatar is a cup of coffee that looks like a yin yang. It's really challenging to find inner stillness and calm your soul after a cup of coffee. I'll let you know when I figure it out.
