Gudday!

I recently got hold of a BOB Ibex. Sweet! Following the assembly instructions, I torqued the swingarm steerer bolt to the required 60in/lbs but have found that the swingarm has a bit of resistance in it. Is this how it should be? It still turns, it's just a bit tight. Or should I loosen it a bit so that there is no resistance.

It seems to ride fine.
