If you're going to sell off the wheels I think I'd go with the cheaper one. The only real difference are the brakes, fork, and crank. I've got the SCR3 and they work fine. I don't know how much lighter the fork will be since one is full carbon while the other isn't. Also I'm not sure how good the FSA Energy cranks are, but cranks are pretty important.

You could get a http://www.neuvationcycling.com/bicycles.html. You can get a Force equipped carbon bike for $1900. You may be able to talk to them and get some red shifters and rival parts instead.
