I do appreciate your input, dude, however at the moment I am riding on either 97.6 or 85.4 depending on which gear I pick. Poor quality road bike I brought for a couple of hundred whilst I am in-between bikes. The bike I am riding has crap rubber; it is as heavy as the moon and not to mention the resistance from the moving parts. Oh and did I mention the size being about 8cms to small in the frame for my height... 46/16 is not plenty fast.
