As you will surmise from the rest of this message I am tragically "unhip". I'm posting here because you'll know more about mountain bike shorts than any of the other forums.

I'd like to get some mountain shorts to ride my single speed with but can't find what I'm looking for. Everything seems to have 10" or 11" inseams and I hate having shorts hit my knees. I'm just too old and too uncomfortable for that style. Can anyone suggest a brand that makes 7" or 8" inseams please? Thank you.
