i have recently got into fitness and riding so i dont know much about this subject yet
also we are trying to loose weight so to me craming down high calorie bars doesnt seem right.. does it?
my question is what kind of nutrition do you guys take before during and after your rides? some of my friends i notice drink certian things for rides than a recovering drink after?
now i really have no idea about any of this stuff so i was hoping you guys could help out before i pass out on one of my rides or something
