I'm addicted to ctl, but I made myself stay off the bike today.
My week's plan for racing this weekend:
Monday: off
Tuesday: 1 hr hammerfest + 15 or so miles to and from
Wed: Long morning ride to go see the ToC. Endurance pace, maybe 70 miles with a break in the middle
Thursday: ??
Friday: something easy, maybe an hour or two at low z2 pace
Saturday: Crit if I can figure out how to get there
Sunday: 55 mi RR
I feel like I might just take thursday off. critiques?
