I think the biggest issue with all of these is the "social interaction" aspect. It is almost replacing one on one interactions. Kids don't know how to behave when they meet someone, but can go online flame/or rant about someone. They hide behind a computer screen.
Bullies come in all forms...and have been around long before social networks. I suspect they will be here long after they are gone as well.
