I am no expert but am good at being critical! The Cinelli bars are older ones. I have never seen a Colnago fork without markings on the top of the crown, but I haven't seen that many. With rare exception, the forks are generally chromed. There are three cable guides on the top tube. Usually there are only two. The chain stay caps are fluted but not embossed with "Colnago". No chrome anywhere, may be typical for "Super".
May be a Europe only model.
