Thanks, just wanted to be sure before buying a pair (28*700)

I usually ride Conti Contacts or SMPs but need something a bit lighter, faster, (thinner for the same 28mm width?) as I've been roped into a 300km organized ride next month, but will be on my touring bike with A719s so 28mm is the minimum I can use... The Gatorskins fit this bill, right?
