Hello everyone, I've been reading this forum for the last couple days and it's nice to see some people like me. First off, I am 6'2" and weigh 275. I've lost 45 pounds over the last 3 months by changing my diet. It's time to add excersize the equation. My plan is to start commuting to work which will be about a 10 mile ride each direction. I would consider my body type to be very athletic...just a little overweight. I can get employee pricing on Schwinn bikes through my work (Nautilus Inc.). I have done some research but there is soooo much to learn. I never realized how many different types of bikes there are. I have nailed it down to the
