I don't think you can accurately quantify the "cost per mile" of your bike like you can with a car.
Perhaps a better measurement would be to track the miles you've "replaced" from your vehicle to your bike. The fewer miles of wear and tear on your vehicle plus the gas savings are easily measurable.
For those of you that are car free, well.... keep smilin' at that cash cow of yours...
