Ken, you do what you enjoy! If it's 20 miles three times a week fine, that's what I do. Thing is enjoy everything you do, push as hard as you want to. It's like giving money to the cuURch, you don't give till it hurts you give till it feels good.
I also lift weight three days a week and today my wonderful wife joined me so maybe She will want to do more often.
