Indeed. An intoxicated youth turned left into me a couple years ago resulting in a left front to left front collision at about 10 or so MPH each. He was in a Ford Ranger (little pickup truck).
My Volvo suffered a compressed bumper shock, broken headlight assembly and damaged headlight trim (still cost his insurance $3k as I lost patience when he decided to lie - but that's off topic).
The Ranger's radiator blew when it smashed into the engine/fan and the frame/steering linkage bent such that it would not turn right.
I drove home. He went home in a squad car and the truck stayed there for weeks.
