i bought this bike from a guy that changed it over to single speed/fixie with flip flop wheel.
its only got a back brake and had a pretty bad seat, as well as lack of gear and levers.
its only got one brake with flat pedal.
i would like to put it back to nice road bike with all working gears.
so far i got a San Marco sear and look keo pedals for it.
heres what the bike looks like now...any suggestions are welcomed of course.
my Qs are:
-what crankset should i get thats equivalent to what it was on the bike? any sizes that i should look for and what would work?
-what front brake, or should i just get a matching set?
-would all necessary components fit back onto the back wheel as is with the conversion that was done? (they are alex wheels)
-and as far as shifters, and brake levers are concerned, what should i go with? im still not sure if i want to leave the bars that are on there or get something else like bullhorns perhaps....
im open to hearing what you guys have to say, ive always loved these Klein bikes, and would like to get it sorted out to something nice.
surprising enough, as is, it rides pretty good, and what i use it for, but definitely could use some gears hehe
