Pretty interesting article(s). There were two other supporting articles about cycling that was in the paper version but not at the website (at least I haven't found them yet).

Title of articles: "Increased traffic raises safety concerns for cyclists" and "Cyclists must know rules of the road". The second one didn't make it to the website but mainly summarized the top bicycle laws under Florida 316.2065. The first had two sub articles; one concerning Safety (the one you can read by following the link) and the other Cycling (which was more of the writers editorial libertys than anything else but was still pro cycling/cyclists). Wished F.T. would have e-published this one two (writer's email address was at the end of this one).
