I just don't seem to like Sram

I thought I would, and decided to give them a shot. I had used their chains for a long time and thought they where great. So I was piecing together a Sram force/ Rival group and bought the crank first. I don't like the fact that it places my feet farther a part and I'm not sure why, but there have been a few times when the chain would hang up on one tooth on the chain ring and would not drop down. Then I road a Scott with Rival and just didn't not care for the shifting, seemed like to much extra trouble. With Shimano the shifting is effortless. I know there are a bunch of people who love it but I don't believe I am one of them. Now I have got to get rid of this Force crank and am thinking about Ultegra. Feel free to share your thoughts.
