Hi Aaron:
It is a fixed frame. I think it will be my daily rider, at least until I get a tire on my '71 Schwinn Racer. I also have a '79 SR "Semi Pro" 12 speed, but I am not real comfortable on that. I have just returned to riding after a 43 year absence, I do not "fold up" so well anymore to ride that one.
