Yes. I always wear a helmet. It's amazing how people get so worked up over this issue. If you don't want to wear a helmet, don't. If you want to wear a helmet, wear one. I figure every little bit helps. In my area it seems like vast majority of people wear helmets.

It's amazing how both sides are completely over-blowing and twisting the facts to make their side seem right- it's like watching a political debate .

But yea, if I'm going head-first into something why not have a little protection?
