A little z work today -- I really need to figure out how to control the clock feature on the srm!
It was a little tricky to do on a route with some up and down.

warmup
267ap for 4' 19" then rest for 1' 35"
242ap for 5' 01" then rest for 1' 11"
246ap for 5' 01" then rest for 1' 11"
238ap for 4' 59" then rest for 59" (also, had to turn onto a side street to make the interval, else, would have been slowed by traffic light)
249ap for 6'50" (there was a climb that I was not going to exclude from the interval, so, I included it and went longer than 5')
cool down
