Side note to this thread: I recently read that BMI is a poorer indicator of health than waist to height ratio.

I only bring this up b/c some of us seem to have different builds, and this new measure seems to be a way to avoid some of the biases built into BMI. I certainly have my fair share of weight to lose, no doubt, but at 6'1" and only a 29-30" pants inseam, I know my torso is much longer than the average person my height...
