Here is what I find most "interesting": the claim that positive test results were covered up via bribery. Now think about that for a minute. That means that not only the head of the UCI had to be paid off, but the lab that did the testing and the technicians therein. IF that is true then the UCI and the whole antidoping effort is a farce.
