Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

The easiest way to do this is to leave the inner wires in place when you pull out the old housing. Then use the wire as a guide to rethread the new housing back through the frame.
