Just started using Edge 500 w/HRM about a month ago. I'm 45, 5'9", 175 lbs, and been riding for about a year at strong B level.
My AHR seems to be around 165-170 on most rides with a MHR of around 200. I realize everyone is different but both seem high for my age - what do you think?
