The cop "let me off" for 3 other infractions-not signalling when he pulled me over, no lights, and no reflective tape.
you could have faught and won against the light and reflective tape and won they are NOT required for day time you can still fight the warning device one but your screwed for the red light and fail to identify thats you fault ( red means stop)
