The Shimano cable stops come with every set of their STI and barend shifters so almost any LBS will have a box of extras salvaged during upgrades. You can usually get a couple free or at very low cost just for the asking. Campy Ergos also used to come with these stops but they discontinued supplying them as standard a while ago and they are now an extra cost option.
