I started out to do 85 miles with ~10K of climbing. It has been a cool spring here in the front range with very few days climbing out of the 60's until today. We not only broke into the 70's but passed the 80's and hit 90. Top that off with steady winds of 20-25mph and gusts to 35-40 and some sort of stomach bug. I turned around at 31 miles and barely made it home. I almost went down several times on the downhills in those gusts. Scared me so bad I had to stop in the middle of one my favorite downhills and recover.
