Nice bike! Looks like a twin of mine, which I love. I've considered switching to a carbon fork, but I can't convince myself there is a lot of benefit to it. The steel fork is stable, comfy and only weighs 780g. If you wanted to change it to save weight I would go for an easton EC90 which is available in 1". As mentioned earlier, if you go this route, you will have to give up that sexy cinelli stem.

If you are going to spend money on it, buy better wheels.
