Hard to tell from the video, but it kinda looks like the front of your knee is well behind the pedal spindle when the crank arms are horizontal. In my opinion, that knee/pedal relationship is only a general guideline that is useful to find a starting position, to be fine tuned by test rides. If you feel good and are not having problems, I wouldn't change a thing. Of course, I guess there is also the possibility that you are not achieving optimum power with your position.
