1. Nothing is wrong with it ... that's how it came. I needed a short bottle rather urgently as the two I have didn't fit on Frankenbike (the GT mtn bike turned road bike) and that's all the sports shop in town had. But it's an interesting bottle. You can turn it upside down and water does not drip out.
2. It was an idea for mounting lights.
