Dickies "shants" are a little on the baggy side. I hate them. The Red Kap pants are about 1/2" slimmer than standard Dickies work pants and made from a little bit lighter weight material. I usually just buy pants and cut them off...sometimes I hem them. I have a few pairs that are 10+ years old that are showing signs of their age but still hanging on!
