Assuming you are otherwise indifferent between the two, it depends how much upgrading you want to do. If you plan on replacing everything right away anyway, the Kilo is obviously a lot less expensive. On the other hand, the IRO includes parts like a wheelset that is very nice for the money. If you're planning on ordering new wheels right away, those are obviously no help to you, but if you plan on riding them for a while, they're a nice upgrade.
