Yeah, hmmm.....I'm sure many of them are real turds.

I looked at it closer today. This one is atleast made of 4130 (?) crom-mo. The seat post is Kalloy type model with an allen key adjustment and post binder. The seat stay design is a fork rather than two seperate stays. The wheelset is alloy with QR skewers.........though I couldn't see a brand stamped anywhere. The stem has an allen key adjustment and bar binder (term.?). The crank is an allen key cotterless with steel trap pedals as opposed to a one piece with plastic. It has fender eyelets and real cable stops. It's cassette driven. Um.......I guess what I'm getting at here is that is certainly in a better ball park than a Huffy or the likes. So, I suppose I'm going to call it ho-hum from that criteria. But, unless Sterlings have some collector type value, I'll probably pass entirely on purchasing. I don't know, Can I really bring myself to bring home any more spare parts??? I've got a ton already...haha. Undoubtedly, I'll vascillate on that a bit. I have kinda wanted to play with some Biopace chainwheels.

I'll wait on some more input, though...... if anyone can or cares to offer.

Thanks
