Make sure to get some magnesium in there to stave off cramping over the long haul. Just Na and K aren't enough to do it on their own after a few hours. (For me, at least. YMMV.) I like Hammer Endurolytes for quick intake and zero taste, but in a cold bottle of water, a tablet or two of NUUN is my other favourite.
