50 mile loop with my tri-girl-in-training. Very warm, humid and windy. 1400' of climbing, 15.5 mph average. Previous long for her was 35 miles, so she (and me) was really feeling it at mile 45. Unfortunately, a few nasty short climbs left before home...one at mile 48, a five level climb with four false flats, the other at mile 49.5...just 150 feet of steep.
