A trial should be had, regardless of the outcome. What kind of justice system doesn't at least assess the evidence regardless of the Special Prosecutor's opinion?
I'm willing to bet that the defence probably found a way to bar the footage (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFISP...eature=related) as evidence.
The guy hit a man, on purpose, with his car. A man who was not threatening him at this point. Some kind of charge has to stick on that, it must. Otherwise, it means that drivers can hit me on purpose and drive away.
