Tapering this week. rode myself to the point of almost vomitting like 4 times covering random attacks on sundays training ride.
Monday= Day off
Tuesday= Tempo and TTT stuff for 1.5 hours
Wednesday= Day off
Thursday= Training crit at FTP for 1hr plus 30m warmup
Friday= Day off
Saturday= 2 hours with a few openers.
SUNDAY= STATE Crit Champs where i will kill myself to help my teammate win a jersey!
