Depends on whether you like a more upright ride position on a hybrid or more hunch over, aggressive position on a road bike. If you're looking for a speed machine, go for the road bike. If you need the bike to commute, carry groceries, want to go fast at times but not always, then a hybrid is going to be your perfect choice.

Also you mentioned you're moving to a hilly area and I think a bike with the triple crank set might benefits you. Yes roadies almost never get a triple crank on their road bike even they ride on a hill.
