Motorcyclists are as bad as cagers sometimes. Is this area specifially marked with signs for bicycles only? If so they are in violation and thus need to be ticketed by security and their supervisors informed. Thats what happens where I work if you park you car even by mistake (and it happened to me) in a spot marked for supervision you get a ticket and your manager is informed. Three times and you get few days off.
