The combination of the motorcycles and the yellow posts appears to really limit access to the bike rack. There might be a better way to utilize that space to accommodate both. As it stands now, it looks as if the motorcycles have taken over.

If the building received some sort of incentive for installing the bike rack, they're violating the spirit of the agreement by not ensuring that cyclists can actually use it, - all of it.
