I've got one off an old huffy 3-speed. It uses a D-Cell battery and does not offer much in the way of actual light (think weak flashlight). As for mounting on a threadless headset... dunno.

Also, that horn is nice, but everything about that setup seems "off"... is that a rear rack mounted to the fork?
