The first problem was that I tried to shift from the big ring to the small ring. The chain was "stopped" for some reason, I do not know what it was. I stopped and did not find anything. Soon after that I could not shift from the small to the ring.

I stopped to look. Could not see anything wrong. Soon it got to where I could not shift anywhere. All this started after about 15 miles on the bike. Never had anything like this with the Ultegra FD.

The cable seemed OK.

As I tried to get home I shifted from the small to the large to find it threw the chain off. This happened twice.

I had gotten "OK" at working with problems with the Ultegra. I have no idea on the Campy equipment.
