I have a 2009 kona smoke and was thinking about upgradingthe tyres for a bit more speed. They're currently 700-47 (eg 6foot wide 29" tyres) am i right in thinking that changing these for skinnier tyres may improve speed? Any ideas on how slim I could get away with? I don't want to smash the handling and the rims look pretty fat.
